Job Description Summary

Contribute to BioNetwork by successfully demonstrating the knowledge and skills required to instruct and supervise students in the areas of Food, Beverage, Dietary Supplement, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and/or Medical Device in laboratory, regulatory, and production related topics.

Duties

1. Provide classroom and laboratory instruction, as required, for BioNetwork courses;
2. Collaborates with departmental personnel on curriculum updates;
3. Maintains student records as defined by the North Carolina Community College System including grades, attendance and performance measures.

Minimum Requirements

1. Three years experience in area of expertise;
2. Willingness to learn and expand knowledge base;
3. Valid NC drivers license;
4. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multitask environment;
4. Proficiency in the use of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office and Internet resources.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of expertise or five years documented work experience in field;
2. Experience teaching higher education;
3. Industry recognized certifications;
4. Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
